Rezidor and prizeotel will pursue an integrated approach to the brand’s Business Development, Sales, Marketing & Distribution. Marco and his team will still lead prizeotel, with full responsibility for the business – while Rezidor will steer key strategic aspects through our shareholding governance, represented by Wolfgang M. Neumann. This strategy will accelerate growth opportunities and optimize business support.
Award winning prizotel currently operates 3 hotels, with a total of 555 rooms, in Hamburg, Hannover and Bremen. An extension of the Hamburg property and a second hotel in Hamburg-Reeperbahn are also in the pipeline. The brand’s compelling design, value-engineered development costs, high operating efficiencies – and an optional turn-key construction solution - make it a great investment opportunity.
Future growth will initially focus on German, Austria, Switzerland and the BeNeLux, mainly through leases, but with some management agreements.
