The Centres of Excellence offer a time and cost effective way of training and supporting Department Heads in all operations of the hotel. From Housekeeping to Food & Beverage and Controlling, Human Resources, Revenue Management, Sales and Technical Services, our leaders are able to share “best practices”, learn from one another and find new ways to improve revenue, quality and service in their own department and hotel thus improving the overall business.
Each centre is a place to access specialist knowledge, ideas and different approaches that have proven to deliver excellent results in business performance. A visit could be for a few hours, a day, several days or weeks and will come with a small financial cost to the visitor’s hotel. After the visit, the manager will be motivated, armed with new revenue driving ideas and encouraged to find new ways of doing business which may also lead to decreased costs.
